In addition to the above service, Blueflame can offer Service Contracts on suitable installations (subject to age, condition and service), whereby Blueflame would cover the cost of labour and parts in the event of breakdowns. The Service Contract would also cover the cost of ongoing annual services.
Call-Outs
Call-Out charges to attend breakdowns will be £30 + VAT including 45 minutes labour plus £25 + VAT per hour thereafter in Chesterfield. Outside Chesterfield the first 45 minutes will be charged at £45 + VAT and £30 + VAT per hour thereafter.
Parts
Because different discounts apply from different manufacturers, parts will be charged at the supplying outlets retail price with no further “mark-up” being applied.
